Who You’ll Work With

The Cisco Stealthwatch engineering team is composed of highly skilled individuals who are comfortable working in a fast-paced and technically challenging environment. The Stealthwatch team is a high performing group that is involved with all stages of the product development process from solving complex engineering problems to working directly with customers.

What You’ll Do

  • Oversee the entire project lifecycle, including business development, project needs assessment, project design through to project execution and delivery

  • Develop, clarify and manage the scope of the project, defining project deliverables and achieving targeted outcomes;

  • Identify and manage overall project dependencies and ensure project deliverables stay on-time, on-target, and on-budget through the management of project metrics;

  • On a timely basis, identify all project barriers, and the strategies and approaches to overcome those barriers;

  • Interface and work closely with Software Development, Engineering, Quality Assurance, Customer Success and the Ops team;

  • Provide verbal and written project status updates and reports;

  • By example, establish and maintain a work environment conducive to positive morale, integrity, creativity, and a team-oriented workplace;

  • Lead and participate in project meetings and conference calls
