What You'll Do
In this critical role you’ll be the Capabilities Product Manager (CPM) responsible for bugs and software recommendations for AS, TS and Customer self-help. You will manage a diverse set of set of stakeholders working across different timezones.
You will collaborate with other organizations to align deliverables across multiple development teams. You'll also work across a large set of geographically dispersed stakeholders to understand requirements, implement them in products that are API, web, cloud and mobile based. You will be responsible for supporting serveral of our software and bug tools used by AS, TS and customers. You will support the Bug RNE process and any PSIRT escalations.
Who You'll Work With We are a disruptive Capabilities Product Management team who strives to derive leading edge capabilities. The team prides itself on delivering innovative capabilities for our internal and external customers in a fast paced agile like process. You will work with both AS and TS BE’s, product management and other CPMs to drive projects, This role requires excellent cross-functional collaboration across numerous organizations within Services and across the company.
The larger team focuses on delivering Capabilities for AS offers. The team is geographically dispersed requiring us to work collaboratively which requires you to adapt to changing needs. We take pride and ownership of our products. We work hard but have a lot of fun doing it.
Who You Are You are a skilled product manager with 8+ years’ experience in delivery of web and/or understand technical projects. You are familiar with software development methodologies that are agile or iterative. You will work with AS and TS to develop product strategy in support of the services needs for software and bugs, identifying requirements, key product coverage needed, and gaps. This will require you to translate strategy to a roadmap and be able to handle tactical issues. The capabilities includes identifying new ways to support the business, opportunities to consolidate, optimize, or evolve capabilities making them easy to use and drive automation. You are a good leader, excel in a team environment and have good communication skills, both verbal and written. Most importantly you are be self-driven.
