What You'll Do

  • Solves product and network problems of high complexity by quickly isolating and resolving issues

  • Increase customer network uptime by providing independent consultation to solve complex network and product problems

  • Effectively utilizes Cisco’s world-class lab facilities to simulate customer network issues

  • Provides systems/product training and intellectual property material.

  • Single point of contact for network problem resolutions - manage, troubleshoot, and resolve issues

  • Submits complete and correct defect reports in the area of expertise

Who You Are

  • Good experience in Cisco Voice and Video solution

  • Voice - Cisco Unified Communications Manager, Cisco Unity Connection, IM and Presence, Cisco Unity Express, Gateway, CUBE, CUSP, VXML, IP Phone

  • Video - Cisco Telepresence endpoints, Cisco Conferencing solution for telepresence, Telepresence Management Suite, Video Communication Server, Cisco Expressway series, MRA, Spark enabled endpoint

  • Expertise in troubleshooting either Voice or Video technologies

  • Reasonable overall knowledge of Cisco collaboration suite

  • Customer facing experience

  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills

  • Should have good education qualification (Graduate/post Graduate)
