What You'll Do

To perform these tasks effectively, you will become familiar with the licensing technologies like Flexera, Sentinel, Smart Licensing and Subscription Billing Platform You will be working with Cisco products, people, and organizational dynamics within Cisco's Product Operations Organization.You will provide NPI support and licensing solutions to Enterprise Routing and Switching, Mobility, Security, Video, Data Center, Cloud and Virtualization business units.You will drive the licensing strategy and execution roadmap for Cisco’s businesses, aligning with Cisco’s shift to smart licensing, software and subscription business models. You’re a result driven individual who will influence cross functional teams and work across the company’s product management, IT, engineering, services, and support organizations. You are a quick learner who understands the current operational processes, tools/systems, and pain points and who can rally the team to drive changes. You will need to be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, with diverse teams across multiple locations and time zones. You will ensure on-time delivery of licensing solutions to all Business Units in alignment with their engineering schedules. You will manage and ensure a smooth product transition from NPI to Sustaining stage for all supported products. Familiarity with de facto industry standards in software license management- like Flexera, Sentinel is desired. Familiarity with Cisco One, Enterprise Agreement, Smart Licensing will be very valuable.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • environment. A minimum of two years of experience supporting licensing is desired.

  • Requires an undergraduate degree in Engineering.

  • Prior experience with Cisco Licensing Operations is good to have.

  • PMP or Six Sigma Certification is a plus.
