Roles/Responsibilities:

  • Understand and articulate Cisco’s Contact Center Architectures and Vision

  • Understand business requirements for customer base and be able to translate them into technical requirements

  • Provide high-level and detailed consultative solutions

  • Create, present and document technical solutions

  • Perform in-depth and high-level technical presentations for customers, partners and prospects

  • Technical and sales support for major account opportunities

  • Maintain a broad knowledge of the Collaboration technology and trends of the industries in which one's customers conduct business

  • Solid teammate and ability to work with multiple teams

  • Ability to work independently in a dynamic role

  • Travel for major opportunity engagement in ASEAN theaters.

Who You Are

  • Minimum 13+ years of technical sales or pre-sales experience with 7+ years in Collaboration specialization experience with Collaboration technologies

  • Demonstrate deep technical expertise in the Collaboration product (Meeting, Calling, Customer Care and Cloud Collaboration) portfolio and articulate business relevance.

  • Have a good command of the competitive landscape and competitive vendor strengths and weaknesses

  • University degree in a technical discipline or equivalent highly preferred

  • Successful quota achievement

  • Proven track record or managing and winning technical and high value IT security projects

  • Validated presentation and interpersonal skills

  • Commercial awareness and communication skills

  • Highly motivated self-starter that does not need day-to-day management

  • Desirable experience including delivering training courses, prior experience with Cisco Collaboration technologies.

  • Since the major territory covered is ASEAN proficiency in English, Thai and other language are strongly preferred.
