What You’ll Do

  • Provides analytical support and guidance for monthly and quarterly business reviews and decision support analysis

  • Provides leadership and stewardship to a team of analysts for various key weekly, monthly & quarterly business metrics; including bookings analysis and spend & HC management

  • Ensures timely and accurate financial reporting & submissions

  • Instrumental in driving focus on expenses, opportunities and risks.

  • Works across a varied set of internal and external partners, including non-finance functions, while understanding & leveraging capabilities of current systems and processes

  • Drives fiscal year planning and budgeting process for the business group in collaboration with key stakeholders and China Finance team

  • Acting as the primary contact to China finance team in providing timely financial reporting, results, analysis, submissions, etc.

  • Participating as an extended member of the China finance team ensuring compliance with corporate guidelines, etc.. as well as bringing best practice to the business group

  • Assisting in providing value-added management decision support, driving key business goals, identify major trends and corresponding business issues

Must have excellent analytical and systems skills, including sound finance and accounting knowledge, advanced excel skills and a working knowledge of various systems tools (Business Objects, Essbase, etc.)

Ability to participate/and leverage cross-functional and regional teams.

Knowledgeable in Cisco’s various Go-To-Market strategies, a plus


BS degree in Finance or Accountancy with at least 10 years of related experience

Prior experience in large multi-national company preferred
