What You'll Do
As a Senior Account Manager at Cisco you'll lead in the sales process, and work with a large portfolio of Cisco’s leading IT products and services. In this particular role, you will partner with one of our largest Service Provider partners in the creation of new managed services offerings to our joint enterprise customers. The successful candidate will immediately focus on the development of all new "Managed SD Access” services, bringing to market for the first time Cisco’s latest switching, WLAN, security, and automation tools delivered as a managed service. So, this role is one of business transformation and growth, not managing a run rate business. Bold creativity and "driver" sales skills will be keys to enjoying this role, and succeeding in changing the MSP industry with your partner and the rest of our service creation team.

Their scale, and relationships with Cisco’s largest customers offers a rare opportunity to cultivate new technology adoption across every industry vertical. They are a multi-vendor shop, so you have to ENJOY dealing in a competitive environment to be successful.
Who You Are
BS/BA or equivalent.
5+ years in networking or high-technology sales. Managed Services experience a plus.
Motivator - self-motivated and able to rally support inside Cisco and the customer to drive the “digital transformation” of their managed services offerings
Communicator - articulate with strong presentation skills and comfortable presenting in front of senior level audiences
Persuader - able to overcome political or technical objections to drive implementation of innovative new business models and technology solutions to help customers achieve their business objectives
Negotiator – able to negotiate solutions to issues with peers, partners and customers using a Win/Win philosophy
Closer – proven ability to exceed sales revenue targets on a recurring basis through the use of a variety of professional sales techniques
