What You'll Do
As a member of the Virtual Partner sales team, you will become part of a best in class group of sales professionals. In this role you will build direct relationships with channel partners & cisco distributors as well as Independent Software Vendors and Cisco Ecosystem Partners. The primary focus will be to develop the business on our "technology company" partners. .
Drive strategic alignment between Partners & Cisco’s Sales Teams to maximize success.
Drive Partner/Distributor Sales Productivity.
Understand key industry trends and dynamics
Build capacity, capability, & collaboration within a portfolio of Partners
Assist Partners implementing strategies and planning.
Work with Cisco's Partners to develop and grow a profitable business focused on Cisco Solutions
Strong eye for business including financial, management and operational capabilities

Our minimum requirements for this role
BS/BA or equivalent
Fluent English and Flemish, French conversational.
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Strong negotiating and influencing skills
Knowledge of networking and IT. Cisco knowledge preferred
Ability to engage at the management level of all organizations
Highly analytical and experienced in utilizing business intelligence data to drive informed business decisions
Proven ability to respond and manage challenges in a fast-moving business environment.
