What You'll Do

The CDA Country Leader owns and drives the overall execution of the CDA program in the Country

Role & Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate the CDA Tracks leaders part of the Country Digital Acceleration (CDA) plan as an integrated strategy designed to accelerate Country’s digital agenda while also creating opportunities to grow Cisco's business

Strong interaction and continuous alignment with the CDA Track leaders and the other CDA Program Leaders in planning, coordinating and supporting the success of the CDA Program in the Country

Plan and keep cadence of the CDA tracks activities to timely achieve the CDA objectives, investments and bookings while proactively monitoring progresses, resolving issues and initiating appropriate corrective action orchestrated with the CDA internal stakeholders (CDA Global team, finance, legal, advanced services, government affairs, tax, etc.)

Connect with major government stakeholders and build new collaborations

Orchestration of external partnerships and alliances to support the CDA Country program

Focus inwardly on the internal consistency of the overall CDA Country program, and outwardly on its coherence with other supporting teams, programs (e.g. Vertical Teams, Centres of Excellence, Marketing andCommunication, etc.) and corporate processes (e.g. engagement of internal pre-sales skills, Legal, Commercial Finance, etc.)

Manage the CDA Track products and services opportunity funnel and order entry and check consistency with the CDA investment plan

Create and maintain the CDA country’s plan with financials, resources, services and products delivered into track/projects for the current and future quarters investments as planned in the CDA program

Ensure effective quality assurance and the overall integrity of the CDA program

Work very close, lead and coordinate work of the CDA country PMO

Ability to understand policy and business priorities of Cisco customers and define technology strategies that help to address those priorities

Several years of account management and business development experience in a dynamic IT, software, services and solution business within the enterprise technology space. Experienced in motivating diverse teams to achieve set goals

Demonstrate success in achieving and exceeding goals, including sales budgeting goals. Experiences in digital transformation consulting. Experience collaborating with IT and non-IT decision makers. Able to understand, articulate and position the value of technology-based solutions to our customers

Desired Skills

Mastery in designing and executing a successful sales strategy regarding digitization projects. Strong understanding of Digitization and Innovation challenges, ecosystem and solutions. Ability to understand customer needs and build a shared vision around a technology innovation journey focused on delivering outcomes that match their priorities

Strong understanding of the market developments and trends

Broad understanding of digitization and the role Cisco can play

Business and financial expertise to identify and qualify opportunities

Comprehension of a broad range of Cisco technologies

Excellent communications skills - inside the company, with customers and partners, with government officials, etc.

Good knowledge of techniques for planning, monitoring and controlling programs

Project/Budget/Contract management skills

Sufficient seniority and credibility to advise CDA track stakeholders on their projects progress in relation to the program

Ability to find ways of solving or pre-empting problems

Effective leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
