Responsibilities/role:
Creating reports from different internal tools
Monitoring and corrections of reports
Support and Coordination of team projects
Early adoption of new Cisco tools and best practice sharing
Other administrative tasks, i.e. monitoring of sales campaigns
Data Science Support
Help to maintain Tableau and SFDC dashboards
Identifying data sources to monitor sales performance
Assisting in modeling business processes
Reviewing the latest techniques/technologies/tools
Come up with own projects identifying ways to improve sales processes
On the Job Experience – Strategy to Execution
Shadowing staff on internal and external meetings
Leading own projects
Candidate Profile
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technology tools/platforms
Interest in Big Data/Data Science topics – should be able to perceive how to model data to support sales
Very good knowledge of Windows applications: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Further IT Skills i.e. Salesforce, programming languages, knowledge in data bases etc. highly welcomed
Ability to work independently and in an organized and disciplined manner
Team player attitude
Stress-resistant and ability to work to high-intensity work environment
Interest to learn sales processes and passion for solving issues through the use of data
Eligibility Requirements
Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or Master’s degree
Fluent in English and German (written and verbal)
Must be able to legally live and work in Germany, without visa support or sponsorship
