What You'll Do
As an Enterprise Networking Partner Business Manager, you will be responsible for the Go-To-Market activities of our Enterprise Networking priorities through the German Partner landscape. Demonstrating an understanding of business transformation, you will position our EN platform approach and driving it into our existing and potential new partners in close alignment with the German Architecture EN team, POG (Partner Organization Germany) and EMEAR.
In the position of the Enterprise Networking Partner Business Manager, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
Understand and articulate Cisco’s vision, strategy and Enterprise Networking platform approach
Demonstrate a clear awareness of architecture specific market trends and transitions
Identify EN growth potential within partner target groups
Develop thought leadership in building and driving scaling EN GTM sales activities through partners.
Set growth targets, establish support structure and review and control achievement
Build and drive a consistent Enterprise Networking Enablement plan together with the EN German Architecture team, addressing both, our sales and technical partner stakeholders.
-Leverage IB Reports toPlan/Build/Run/Optimize Campaigns in close collaboration with sales and architectures, partner, marketing team and selected focus partners
Leverage relevant acceleration programs like Big Bets, Sprint Campaigns, Lifecycle Advisor, IceBreaker to drive transformation towards DNA Platform and RO within the German partner landscape.
Ensure integrated communications about all relevant topics to our channel landscape while leveraging new media platforms
Provides cross functional thought leadership related to Partner Strategy
Be central point of contact for all EN related German Partner activities for EN Architecture Teams, POG and EMEAR.
Who You'll Work With
The POG Transformation Team is responsible to create, design, plan, and drive execution of a scaling Go-to-Market plan inspired by inputs from Market, EMEAR, Architectures, Regional Sales Teams, Partner Organization and Marketing. The execution of our initiatives is based on both, the Cisco sales team and a true Partner-led way.
You are an experienced sales professional who gets motivated by going for the extra mile, while working with a truly collaborative approach. You see possibilities rather than challenges. You bring new ideas, fresh thinking and therefore new perspectives on how to drive our EN platform approach to the next level through partners.
