What You’ll Do

In this highly visible role you will be responsible for the Collaboration business of Enterprise customers in Germany. Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Work closely in partnership with end customer account teams to drive the collaboration business in your region.

  • Understand, articulate and position both internally and externally Cisco's Collaboration Architecture and Solution and the benefits/value for our customers and partners.

  • Together with the sales team, build a joint collaboration business plan for your assigned customer domain. Grow and convert the pipeline.

  • Position the Cisco collaboration portfolio in the context of digitization and business transformation at your top customers by developing compelling use cases.

  • Sell to Line of Business (LoB). Get in touch with the right stakeholders and decision makers / budget owners from different LoB at your top customers and address the benefit of Cisco Collaboration for their business.

  • Relationship Management - Initiate, sustain and grow relationships with key customer executives and decision makers.

  • Engage, advise and mentor sales teams on Customer Experience imperatives and business value based consultative selling approaches.

  • Develop existing collaboration customers that come from traditional licensing models towards companywide Enterprise Agreements and verify the advantages of subscription based licensing models for the individual customer circumstances. Grow your subscription pipeline.

  • Drive adoption Cisco of collaboration tools within your existing collaboration customer base by working closely together with the customer success teams within Cisco.

Who You Are

  • You are a Consulting & Vertical expert – you lead and set the overall Collaboration sales direction and align portfolio knowledge, technology and solutions to customer needs and business outcomes.

  • You have a strong experience in cloud based offerings and in positioning and selling subscription based license models.

  • You are able to drive a sales campaign in combining different aspects of differentiating aspects of the collaboration solution, like features, architecture, TCO etc. into a compelling value proposition.

  • You should be able to work with Partners and Cisco sales organizations enabling them to develop effective line of business sales strategies.

  • Passion and dedication to success as well as the strong motivation to be successful in a competitive and fast changing market.

  • You have Executive Presence - Achieving results through influence and communication.
