What You'll Do

The Sales Administrator will engage with a dedicated, global sales and customer services team support the processes and functions to drive many hundreds of product and services transactions to support a large operate and transformation contract.

Daily activities include:

  • Download Service Request (SR = SOW) or SR Change Request from Programme Delivery team location

  • Engage the BDM team to quote the SR in ASPT tool and/or create the quote in the ASPT tool

  • Obtain delivery approval of quote as well as contracts approval of Service Request

  • Submit completed documents into SFDC for MDM approval

  • Monitor status of DID through the MDM process, interface with different regional finance and contracts team to ensure SR approval happens in a timely manner

  • Create file in Docusign and send to customer for signature

  • Interface with customer to ensure SR is signed

  • Send signed document to Sales Operations for booking

  • Once booked notify Programme Delivery team

  • Regular tracking in smart sheet to communicate live status to sales, delivery and HSBC

  • Engage with local team account managers to support product bookings and tracking

You have demonstrated ability to be flexible, positive, and creative in a dynamic, fast paced and changing environment. Strong communication and listening skills and a high motivation towards setting and delivering “excellence”.

You have:

  • 3 years experience in customer service and support

  • Demonstrated success in working closely with a global account team and delivery team

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Knowledge of Cisco sales tools, processes and procedures
