What You'll Do
The Cisco Collaboration Solutions Marketing Team is looking for a self-motivated and talented Marketing Manager to support the Meetings Collaboration Business Unit and manage product marketing for our portfolio. You will work on a cross-functional team to develop product messaging, positioning and strategy, to support the existing Collaboration product line along with upcoming launches.
You will be an expert on the market (segment, geography, or customer) orchestrating resources and activities across the organization to deliver the long-term marketing plan and go-to-market strategy.

Our team works closely with the Collaboration Business Unit and Go To Market teams to bring new innovative technology to market. What we develop impacts end users directly, giving them the tools to be more productive, agile and stay better connected. You will have the opportunity to market an award-winning portfolio and work with some of the industry's best designers, engineers, and product management teams.
Who You Are
Specific requirements include:
You assist in the development of annual marketing objectives, create and execute marketing plans and deliver the go-to-market strategy.
You work with Product Management to develop product positioning and messaging that aligns with the overall Collaboration architecture.
You support the project management of product launches including press releases, launch materials, customer presentations and sales training materials.
You act as content provider and subject matter expert on new solutions, to support Field/Channel Enablement strategy, which may include the delivery of training.
You identify market insertion points, competitive landscape, and penetration strategies for Cisco offerings in the specific sector, industry, Theater.
You amplify Cisco's offerings in the most impactful way for the target audience.
You educate and consult with Cisco field and partners on market strategies.
You orchestrate the marketing mix and marketing programs to generate awareness, pipeline, opportunity, and loyalty.
You report the measurement of marketing campaign, program, project, asset effectiveness and adoption, and required improvements.
You must have strong writing and analytics skills in order to develop product strategy and positioning.
You must also be a self-starter, comfortable working with large cross-functional teams.
Our minimum requirements for this role:
More than 7-8 years of marketing experience
Strong organizational skills
