BroadSoft (now Cisco) is currently the leading global provider of Unified Communications and Collaboration (UCC) services to operators worldwide, specializing in Enterprise communications and collaboration. It is now a Cisco company as of February 2018. As BroadSoft organization develops its portfolio in the digital space, we are looking for a Digital Project Manager to join our Go-To-Market teams.

The Digital Project Manager will guide and partner closely with product managers, designers, as well as the management team of the organization to identify, create, incubate products and apply improvements to the BroadSoft line of products and technology. This is a position ideal for someone who loves digital product development, embraces quick turnaround, and are excited about being part of a fast paced and innovative team.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with key members of the organization to manage multiple projects and digital efforts

  • Manage and coordinate the Creative Services team’s request queue

  • Manage and coordinate various Digital Marketing projects

  • Lead agile project management of features, build MVP (minimum viable product) with a small design/development team

  • Gather and cultivate key metrics to promote data-driven product development

  • Create wireframes, PRDs and other illustrations to convey feature ideas and gather feedback

  • Coordinate beta programs, recruit beta users, publish releases, gather and synthesize feedback

  • Define and coordinate the creation and analyze the results of A/B tests

  • Define, monitor and react to key product metrics

  • Review, edit and prioritize bugs and features

  • Work with colleagues and the user community to identify, refine and document features

  • Prioritize and communicate cross-organizational projects in a clear and effective way

Requirements:

  • Ideally strong technical background with intuitive design sense or at a minimum be comfortable working with technical concepts, products and people

  • Significant experience with user testing, data analysis, and multivariate testing

  • Incredible attention to detail in language, usability and design

  • Passionate about creating beautiful products, and experience building them

  • Articulate, persuasive while able to listen and incorporate the perspectives of others

  • Exceptional at planning, setting expectations, making and meeting commitments

  • Strong leader and coordinator for digital projects/portfolios, ability to prioritize tasks for the team and facility tasks to completion

  • Experienced developing viral features, feature discoverability, social integrations and incorporating game mechanics to engage users

  • Plus skill: very comfortable reading technical API document from third parties to identify opportunities
