What You’ll Do: Role & Responsibilities
Cisco seeks a Territory Business Manager Service Provider (TBM SP´s) to drive revenue growth in Commercial Territory sales in the Service Provider Market, The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to:
Drive adoption of Managed Services offerings and programs.
Drive growth of sales with Service Provider strategic through both expansion of coverage by technology and geography.
Drive regional and local engagement of Cisco's Team - Channels, Service Creation, Marketing, Architecture Team, Mid Market Commercial Teams.
Demonstrated knowledge of leading a territory, including demand generation, partner development, forecasting, quota attainment, sales presentations, short-term & long-term opportunity management is critical.
Solution selling and business case development skills are required
Acting as a territory business development manager to the Service Provider, the candidate will also be responsible for developing Go To Market plans with SP´s and accurately reporting their sales activity.
Enablement of Service Provider to sell Cisco based Cloud services and Products.
This TBM SP´s position will be based in Mexico city, therefore covering the largest number of Service Providers (Challengers) within the national territory markets in Mexico.
Who You Are:
Experience with Service Provider vertical.
Must have the ability to articulate and deliver business value to Service Provider Territory.
Technical and business knowledge with skills to understand offers and Manage Services in SMB (GEO Named and No named) and Mid-market customer's business drivers.
Must be able to demonstrate strong collaboration skills-with peers, partners and customers.
Excellent conflict resolution, negotiation and team building skills and validated ability to establish clear objectives and direction
Expectation is that candidates will have 5+ years of proven success in sales or sales support. Candidate must be able to profile a territory and determine key business drivers in the market. Ideal candidate will also have good overall knowledge of IT products in the market.
The ideal candidate will have experience in enabling market growth by utilizing marketing resources and improving the marketing competence of the extended Service Provider Segment.
Technical (engineering, computer science, physical science) degree highly desirable
Technical and business knowledge with skills to understand the Manager Service products and offers and align to Cisco solutions is required. Traveling availability is necessary.
