Cisco Systems is hiring Enterprise Sales Specialist to support our fast-growing business. This is a direct sales role that will target and rapidly grow customers who are passionate about Cisco’s Enterprise solutions. The role will be to support our direct and partner sales teams in explaining, structuring and selling Cisco’s Enterprise product portfolio into our largest customers across Russian market.
What you'll Do
The Enterprise Sales Specialist is responsible for driving direct sales into new and existing accounts and to actively build and handle new sales cycles including prospecting, developing executive relationships, building business cases, negotiating contracts and closing business.
In this job you will:
Drive sales campaigns to target prospect base.
Identify new sales opportunities within the existing Cisco clients.
Work with Cisco’s field sales team to develop a sales plan for the assigned territory.
Leverage and champion Cisco’s Partner base, work with the Partner sales teams to win new business deals.
Control the sales process and drive leads to closure - generate new revenues.
Develop deep understanding of Enterprise product capabilities and value proposition.
Present to customers and prospects in a highly effective manner.
Negotiate on sales transactions.
Forecast revenue and products plus update sales activity to management.
Attend industry forums, tradeshows and events.
Work with engineering team in crafting integrated solutions that address complex problems with focus on the Cisco value proposition.
Engage and lead cross-functional/virtual resources as part of extended team.
Work with Client Services Group to ensure rapid and widespread adoption of Enterprise offerings as well as retention of existing customer base.
Demonstrate experience in building executive relationships with multiple named accounts and generates new opportunities within the Enterprise space.
Develop and execute annual plan in line with company strategy.
Build and run a pipeline and continually conducts online and live sales presentations and prepare proposals for our customers.
Meet and exceed quarterly and yearly targets .

Who You are
You are experienced direct sales professional who has a consistent track record of success demonstrating business growth and over achievement against quota across consecutive years. You come with a validated ability to sell new parts of the portfolio and/or using new styles of business models to close business.
You are a sales professional who is knowledgeable of the Cisco’s Enterprise portfolio and who come with passion and dedication to success as well as the strong motivation to be super successful in a competitive and fast developing market.
You are team orientated - enlisting and lead account teams and partners across functional hierarchy and cultural boundaries. You are inclusive, strong collaborator with great leadership skills and respect within Cisco in order to drive virtual teams and gain customers’ stakeholder buy by influencing CxO, IT Managers, Purchasing, etc.
You are a self-starter and a strong business closer who is highly skilled and effective in recognizing and generating opportunities, technical presentations and consulting as well as closing deals although very comfortable once working remotely and operating against deadlines.
You have established network of contacts and successful track record in sales.
You are a problem solver – capable of demonstrating good judgment when leading ambiguity.
You are able to bring simplicity to and cope with complex environments.
You are comfortable organizing, interpreting and presenting complex data.
You are willing to travel.
You are fluent in English and Russian.
You are great presenter who is passionate about possibility to lead workshops, present and interact with senior customer stakeholders
You come with a business diploma/degree from a University.
