At AppDynamics, the EMEA business has grown from 6 people and $5m revenue to 250 people delivering $126m in four years, and we are not slowing down. The EMEA marketing team fuels this growth through sales alignment, market focus, intelligent pipeline generation and acceleration, and customer evangelism - and we have fun while we do it.
With our aggressive growth plans, we are seeking a rockstar Field Marketing Manager to join the team to cover the North EMEA region of the Nordics and Benelux. This role will:
Develop a unified event and field marketing strategy spanning multiple customer segments.
Support the revenue and pipeline goals of the region, aligned to the sales leader quarterly objectives.
Track the buyer journey from first touch to close, designing and implementing programs to progress leads through the funnel.
Act as liaison between corporate marketing and the field; be the face of marketing to the field sales teams, and communicate needs of the field back to corporate marketing.
Identify, plan, execute and track a variety of regional events including AppDynamics’ hosted events, AppDynamics’ sponsored forums/tradeshows and user group meetings.
Contribute to account-based marketing strategies within major accounts.
Contribute and verify localised content to support programs plan.
Arm sales teams with tailored templates, emails and copy to leverage in customer outreach.
Create and execute regional demand generation campaigns such as webinars, emails and digital.
Ensure timely lead routing and follow up with local teams to track success metrics.
Establish and proactively manage regional budget, being vigilant in tracking; evaluate results against goals (ROI) and generate learnings for improvement.

You have fluent Swedish and/or Danish language skills
You have a great degree from a great university.
You have 5+ years of experience in B2B Enterprise Field Marketing in the Nordic region, including events and digital marketing targeting IT personas
You’re a marketing all rounder, used to building and executing sales aligned, integrated strategie
You have a proven track record of working with sales organization to build and deliver results
You have previous experience designing and executing C-level events and programs.
You’re hands on and eager to roll up your sleeves and get it done
Must be able to do hard things.
