What you’ll do:

Program management has never been more important to our organization. In this capacity the person will play an integral role in the business tying project results to business goals, resulting in better market positioning. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and solve for business efficiency. This person will be involved in the definition, planning, management, and delivery of various projects. This includes the management of EMEAR Partner Readiness applications and integrations with other systems.

Who you’ll work with:

This person will play a key part in Project managing and facilitating various engagements for the development of the new Partner and Cisco Sales Enablement platform, so a good understanding and experience on Operating systems, hosting, application integration, data bases, support tools, Cisco IT services / teams is key.

In addition and part of the new project will be partner teams who own data sources and dashboards team to build dashboards that combines business performance, growth in capability and training completion with other key data sources to provide meaningful Business insights.

On completion of the development you will provide program management support for the new platform, dashboards and associated data sources.

What You Are:

Responsibilities

  • Lead and/or manage projects/programs, create and deliver program status presentations

  • Direct teams and individuals toward project schedules and identify risks and risk mitigation while ultimately delivering a superior customer experience and a common objective

  • Recognize and resolve project issues and coordinate appropriate escalation including managing stakeholder relationships

  • Cross functional coordination and identify appropriate areas for integration to enable or provide the big picture

  • Work closely with our partner network internally and externally to identify areas of improvement that deliver competitive advantage for Cisco and our customers in terms of service offerings, scalability, simplicity and cost

  • Support identification of organizational & business improvement opportunities using data and quantitative analysis to drive decision making and improvement of processes and tools.
