What You'll Do
In this key role, you will design, develop and drive Advanced Service’s career strategy aligned with end-to-end skills management. You will identify & remediate key dependencies between the integrated talent management systems, processes and tools (workforce planning, resource management, talent strategy and HR). And you will lead change, present in multiple forums, socialize key concepts, engage and solicit consensus at all levels of the organization.
Additional responsibilities include:
Develop career models to include designation roles, career paths and ladders
Align career model to Advanced Service’s workforce strategy, end-to-end skills management and Services Academy’s development strategy
Identify and prioritize career paths within Advanced Services
Develop automation plan
Establish key performance indicators
Track, monitor and report on project progress
Develop wrapper to present consistent, clear, contemporary, concise career model(s) to embed into the business
Enhance employee experience
Identify, document, incorporate and deploy single skills taxonomy across Advanced Services
Establish process to identify in-demand market skills, mapped to career models and development opportunities
Conduct Advanced Services skills assessment to baseline population and identify gaps
Partner with technical leads to assess existing skills management tools against end-state requirements

You will partner with the business to design a consistent, scalable approach to create gold standard career model(s). You will also partner across functions to determine a clear, consistent and evolving approach for end-to-end skills management for sourcing, staffing, development and progression.

Our minimum requirements are the following:
Experience in a professional services environment
Demonstrated experience leading multiple workstreams across various stakeholders
Ability to simplify, scale and communicate complex concepts at multiple levels of understanding
