What You'll Do

  • You will have deep knowledge of lease documents and lease life-cycle issues that may impact receivables.

  • You will initiate collection calls, research and resolved past due issues.

  • You will perform account reconciliations, including suspense cash.

  • You will handle account delinquency.

  • You will drive specific account collections goals.

  • You will reduce account aging.

  • You will assess and raise collection issues.

  • You will forecast cash collection.

  • You will coordinate with cross-functional teams to facilitate customer requests.

  • You will evaluate if credit or debits need to be issued.

  • You will create Excel Aging reports.

  • You will build monthly reports, highlighting the financial impact of collection activity.

  • You will maintain a positive customer experience by communicating with the customer to ensure operational improvements occur.

  • You will strive to provide clear and concise communication across multiple teams across Cisco Systems Capital organization to resolve billing disputes.

  • Cisco Capital seeks a Customer Relations Manager for our new East Coast Operations Center. We have an emphasis on customer interaction and collections in a demanding environment.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics and 1-2 years of experience in Collections of Lease Receivables

  • Deep understanding of leasing, along with collection and reconciliation skills

  • Ability to handle several tasks in a high volume environment

  • Excel, Word, PowerPoint skills
