What You'll Do

Cisco's Data Quality Analyst is responsible for data quality assurance across Cisco's sales systems and tools in accordance with the various Theatre's Go To Market strategies and established policy and processes. Focus on driving data integrity, identifying system challenges (which impede system automation) and provide system and process improvement recommendations.

Sales Data Management: Oversee the maintenance of sales data within Cisco's various systems/tools (i.e. SAVM, CR, SFDC, MBR AM) in accordance with the established Business Rules (policies and processes) and Sales defined Go To Market strategies.

Cross Functional Collaboration: Collaborate across boundaries and multiple stakeholders to ensure the highest level of data integrity is maintained and delivered to the sales organization. In addition, oversee the on boarding of new hire's relative to appropriate sales tool access.

Who You Are

Minimum Qualifications

  • 1-3 years experience

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to analyze large volumes of data

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Ability to work cross-functionally at various levels of engagement to address and resolve system challenges
