WHAT YOU'LL DO

You'll be a key member of Acceleration team in Global Virtual Sales. The Acceleration teamdrives growth through building powerful inside and outside partnerships with Commercial, Public Sector, Canada, and LATAM through a Digital Sales Motion focused on creating and accelerating sales opportunities with Partners.

You'll build on your relationships across Cisco to accelerate their success, and in the process you'll enable scalable new sales opportunities for Cisco.

WHO You will Lead

You will be leading the Virtual Sales Specialist Leadership team inclusive of the security and data center teams. In addition, you will be leading the new Sales Development motion in Americas GVS. The SDR sales motion and virtual sales specialists are critical to the future growth strategy of GVS Americas as they drive innovation and the digital sales motion. You will be leading 5 – 12 Sales Leaders developing and executing GTM plans to deliver 10%++ annual growth.

You are a highly motivated professional with strong financial acumen, outstanding executive presence and builds relationships at all levels. You are an experienced sales leader, interested in the next step in your career leading a leadership team. You are outcomes focused with an ability to build and execute strategic sales plans in conjunction with a sales leadership team.

Our minimum requirements for this role:

  • 10+ years of related experience; areas of relevancy include Sales, Sales leadership, Partner Sales Motion, advanced technology sales

  • Extensive Cisco executive relationships and network, primarily in Sales and/or the BUs.

  • Deep understanding of Cisco’s portfolio, customers, and industry landscape and partner landscape

  • Successful track record of sales team attainment

  • Strong communication and ability to partner and influence at executive level.

  • Demonstrated influence skills with critical stakeholders

  • Location required:RTP, NC

  • Bachelor's Degree, MBA preferred.
