Product Manager, Collaboration Digital Engagement

The Team Collaboration Group at Cisco Systems is seeking a product manager to lead digital engagement technology and applications for our suite of collaboration products, driving product roadmap to deliver an engaging and personalized user experience on the customer journey from onboarding to support to grow adoption, expansion and renewals of our products.   • Define features. Articulate the business need and value associated with each feature. Write requirements and user stories, lead UX design wireframe creation, prototypes, user validation. Define KPIs to measure success. Communicate functionality and incorporate feedback. Rinse and repeat.

  • Be a champion of website application instrumentation, specifically as an enabling technology that powers our ability to understand and digitally engage our users

  • Prioritize your work and your team’s work. Manage the backlog of features

  • Manage the daily workflow with a team of engineers and UX designers. Do whatever your team needs to help them keep moving

  • Craft and maintain your team’s roadmap and milestones. Work with your team to estimate, implement, and build features while ensuring that you’re working on the highest priority things you can be

  • Collaborate with Engineering, UX design, Customer Success, Data Science, Digital Lifecycle, Technical Support, Marketing and other cross-functional teams

  • Represent your team in communication with Engineering, Product, and Customer Success leadership

  • Ensure we deliver a well-crafted website application at a timely pace

  • Product management experience on website applications or SaaS is preferred

  • Product management experience managing experience funnels -- moving users seamlessly from discovery through usage

  • Experience working with website analytics, SEO, BI technologies, or information architecture is a plus

  • Proven history of shipping and managing products with cross-functional teams

  • Data driven and strong UX chops

  • Experience managing cross-functional product development teams through informal leadership and driving them toward a big vision as well as consistent execution

  • Previous experience shipping and iterating on successful products

  • Ability to work independently, communicating across multiple time zones

  • Natural talent for mediating opposing interests and finding creative solutions

  • Great track record of working with engineering and UX design teams: people would be happy to work with you again

  • BA/BS required
