What You’ll Do
The Americas Regional Operations (AMER RO) Delivery Manager will work in close alignment with the Install Base Lifecycle Management Team, acting as a domain authority by providing role-based insight in alignment with multi-functional incubation organizations.
In this role you will align to Customer Partner Service (CPS) Install Base Lifecycle Management Team and act as Critical issue POC for Transaction Lead. You will liaison between multi-functional teams (such as IBLM, RO, IS, Sales, etc.) to provide feedback on partner pain points and recommended optimizations to Service Owner. You will provide subject matter training to vendor teams supporting the execution of work delivery and implement engagement model and future optimization model changes. You will be responsible for ensuring swift application of rule changes (price, policy or process) with vendor managed service. As a delivery manger you will ensure delivery of meaningful metrics from Vendor
Who You’ll Work With
This role is focused on ensuring that quoting for SW is as complete as possible. You will work with Vendor leads that handle contracted resources to provide pricing information. You'll also drive those vendor leads to continuously innovate the process, enabling true ease of doing business for our Sellers. This role will also require direct contact with our Sellers to resolve issues, understand their needs and educate them.

Ideally, you understand Cisco's business processes and go to market strategy and knowledge of Cisco Operations environment.
Bachelor’s Degree and 5 years of experience in Customer, Segment, and/or Partner Operations Manager or Install Base Lifecycle Management experience
Deep understanding of Cisco SW IB Practices
Project Management experience
