The Cloud Security group within SBG focuses on developing cloud delivered security solutions (SaaS based) in a platform centric approach. This group is an autonomous group within the business group, and operates like a Startup to nurture innovation in a highly disruptive and high growth domain. This group was formed a year back by combining some of existing cloud assets Cisco had with two hugely successful acquisitions - OpenDNS and CloudLock. Our vision is to build the most complex security solutions in a cloud delivered way with utmost simplicity - disrupt industry's thinking around how deep and how broad a security solution can be while keeping it easy to deploy and simple to manage. Who You'll Work With

The Business Operations & Communications Specialist is a critical role within Cisco Cloud Security, with direct charter of taking organization to the next level in organizational maturity. As part of this role, you will partner with the Operations team, and will build strong relationships with Product Management, Engineering, Customer Success, GTM, and Employee Success stakeholders across all functions of the business.

Primary Responsibilities

· Support content, data gathering and validation across Cloud Security for communication activities such as Town halls, Off sites, and All Hands sessions working cross-functionally to pull in key messages across the business that tie back to overall strategy.

· Organize and set-up off sites, cross-functional collaboration sessions

· Actively partner in managing projects involving others and continue to develop a solid foundation in business operations.

· Help in hiring campaigns - Help folks with job descriptions (have a library of job descriptions), partner with recruiting, etc.

· Develop an internal communications plan that incorporates a steady cadence of regular updates from the leaders in Cloud Security.

· Actively partner in managing projects involving others and continue to develop a solid foundation in business operations.

· Assist Cloud Security organization leads in IBM Connection strategy, alignment, content creation and updates.

Who You Are

You have the ability to work on multiple tasks and projects in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You posses strong analytical and interpersonal skills, including strong verbal and written communications. You can interact with individuals at all levels of the organization.

· You have communications and content management experience in complex organization (minimum 3 years, best 5)

· Experience with IBM Connection, Microsoft Office

· Experience with Cloud based technology

· Know how to navigate complex organization and facilitate multiple stakeholders

· You are at ease and have experience working with a variety of stakeholders across global teams.

· You can build and make the most of relationships with vendors, partners and colleagues.

· You can think analytically and use sound judgment to make decisions and solve problems.

· You have a Bachelor’s degree in digital media, business, communications, journalism, marketing, data science, or meaningful/related field.
