In this highly collaborative role you will work cross functionally with Meraki sales, product, finance, and marketing teams. You will tackle key challenges facing channel, identifying and addressing opportunities and threats to Cisco Meraki’s business and ensuring the effective long-term growth. Much of the day-to-day work involves structuring problems, analyzing data, making recommendations, and managing implementation.
What you will do:
Work with Channel Sales leaders to help define channel strategy and define important milestones for continuing to grow the business
Deconstruct complex business challenges and build and execute on a go-forward plan
Conduct in depth analysis to identify and recommend revenue growth opportunities
Provide ongoing measurement, tracking & reviews of all active initiatives and conduct relevant post-implementation reviews to establish effectiveness
Ensure issues are escalated and regular updates provided to channel leadership on project status and issues requiring attention.
Represent Channels team to other key stakeholders, organizations, and partners
Keep up with industry trends by reading market literature, analyzing data and trends, and communicating with peers
Lead strategic program management, which involves duties on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects on a tight deadline (while also being able to maintain a high level understanding of the business and a strong focus on driving results)
Proactive and curious, consistently presenting ideas for special projects or initiatives that would position the business for continued success
A strong, concise communicator
An expert at driving through ambiguity and synthesizing data into insights that are action-oriented and high impact

Willingness to “roll up your sleeves” within a small team, wear multiple hats, and approach projects/initiative with a sense of urgency

What we’re looking for in you:
5-7 years of relevant experience
Strong quantitative analysis and logical reasoning skills
Robust project management skills
Expert in Microsoft Excel
Knowledge of Channel Sales a plus
