Cisco Meraki is searching for a Process Coordinator to join our Operations team in San Francisco! You:

You are an interdisciplinary team player who enjoys strong collaboration with key stakeholders across teams and departments. You are interested in learning the behind-the-scene operations of a company - how things work, why they are the way they are and what we can do to make things better. You are always looking to grow your skill set and eager to get things done (and done well). You love documenting, organizing, and consider yourself to be some-what of a grammar Nazi. Finally, you are open to change and not afraid of iteration.

Responsibilities:

  • Document and organize files pertaining to the dynamic process of Operations within the company

  • Create easy-to-follow process guidelines that can be used, company wide

  • Drive adoption of new processes and standard methodologies

  • Draft various flow charts and files to understand the documentation process

  • Communicate changes to affected parties

  • Tight collaboration with other teams and ability to manage multiple moving pieces

  • Document new or amended processes

Qualifications:

  • 0-2 years of experience in a project management, consulting, sales or business operations role

  • Self-starter with high degree of motivation to drive projects

  • Energetic, personable, and able to work under tight deadlines across teams

  • Bachelor's degree or more

  • Strong work ethics

  • Exceptional writing skills
