What You'll Do

Our team is seeking an exceptional Finance Manager to partner with the Service Provider Routing business to help the business make strategic investment decisions while identifying and driving process improvements for the organization.

You will act as the primary business partner to an SVP and VPs across the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • You will provide leadership and mentorship for a team of financial analysts who provide direct support to the various businesses

  • You'll drive the investment portfolio process for a large part of the organization

  • You will present periodic updates to Engineering SVPs/VPs

  • You'll lead the annual planning and quarterly commit processes for the SP Software business and the month end/quarter end close activities, driving forecast accuracy and compliance

  • You will collaborate with business partners while providing data analytics, good judgment, and financial analysis to optimize expense investments

  • You'll manage budget reallocation process with the business to ensure budget opportunities are well understood and adequate lead time for execution is in place

Minimum requirements for this role:

  • You hold a Bachelors' Degree in Finance or Business related field with 7+ year’s related Finance experience, 2+ of those years involving senior-level business partnership.

  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills plus ability to steer difficult conversations to a solution

  • You bring a high energy and passion in areas of process/efficiency improvement and are unafraid to drive positive change.

  • You have the ability to assess and rank priorities for self and guide others in the team
