What You'll Do

You are responsible for working with the Global Enterprise Segment Strategy and Planning Leader to support multiple initiatives across the Area.

  • You will engage with leaders (OD, Architecture, Services and Manager level).

  • You will provide data analysis and information required for multiple initiatives, provide weekly headcount reporting and run reports from multiple systems and assist in administrative duties

  • You will be creating operational processes to handle and govern projects, metrics & key initiatives.

  • You will create and handle effective communications and process to align efforts to decisions and expected outcomes.

  • You will drive planning to success within committed timeline which includes defining roadmap, facilitating decision-making on priorities and planning organizational change

  • You will ensure consistent reporting across all operations within the Area

Who You'll Work With

You will work closely with the Operations Director and the Sales Operations Directors to drive and implement specific initiatives.

Who You Are

You know how to synthesize a large amount of data and summarize findings. You able to prioritize and work on multiple initiatives simultaneously.

  • You have the ability and interest in adapting methodologies to Cisco's cultural and organizational specificities

  • You see and plan the big picture including validated understanding of how the different pieces interconnect with each other through projects and work

  • You work well with the leadership teams (RM/OD/AVP levels); Excellent communications skills: presentation, influencing, coordination/mediation

  • You link metrics to performance and drive accountability through customer and metrics performance focus

  • You have ability to learn a business subject fast and collaborate across organizations

  • You have experience using Cisco sales platforms including (FIN-BI, MBR, CMMC, F-DEV, SAVM, SFDC, DISE, People SHARE, Smartsheet, Tableau, Visibility, IBLM)

Our minimum requirements for this role:

  • Recent experience as a Field Sales Administrator or Business Analyst along with Executive administrative experience

  • Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic, teaming environment within the Technology Industry

  • Strong financial and analytic skills and experience working in a highly matrixed organization
