What You Will Do

Digital Business Architecture drives to deliver Business Capabilities, Engagement & Enablement for Cisco Sales / Services in Coverage, Crediting, Compensation & Reporting areas. We partner to enable our business partners to drive Cisco’s product, service and program strategies for our customer and partners.

As the Sales coverage, crediting, compensation (SC3) team we are focused on delivering value for stakeholders with great speed and excellence. Our execution of projects follow Agile & Hybrid Methodologies. We are high-performance team focused on our stakeholders automation requirement to complement process. Our major focus is always on Transformational & XaaS projects, but we also includes stretch assignments in RTB (Run the Business) & OTB (Optimize the Business) areas. In this role:

  • You will drive seamless operationalization of next generation of business models and software areas whilst ensuring comp automation. You will influence the execution design to ensure impacts to stakeholders are minimized while accelerating Cisco's ability to go-to-market with new XaaS offers of existing BU’s and the newly acquired companies.

  • You will provide program/project management and ensure operational readiness is achieved for Cisco's SC3 functions.

  • You will evaluate solutions in the light of operational impacts and influence to enhance the quality of capability delivery and stakeholder experience

  • You will solve challenging situations in definition/validation of end to end operational processes integrated with business capabilities.

  • You'll proactively identify and manage Risks & Roadblocks effectively

  • You will be a positive impact to the organization by driving metrics, metric analysis and deep dives to root cause and suggest corrective actions in case of issues/unfavorable deviations from target success criteria.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, master degree preferred.

  • Requires a track record of responsibility for managing multiple programs and/or medium or large functional teams

  • Typically requires 10+ years working experience in a combination of business or IT consulting, business operations or integration role, and operations management roles.

  • Fluency in operational disciplines (Program management, process improvement, change management, systems management, etc) with practical experience in managing operations

  • Possess Excellent Written and Verbal interpersonal skills

  • Domain expertise in Sales Credit/Compensation
