What You'll Do

As an Enterprise Networks Marketing Manager for Service Provider (SP) in the SP-as-a-Channel team, you will be responsible for creating and executing global marketing strategies, content, and campaigns aimed at driving sales of Cisco enterprise networking technologies and solutions through our Managed Service Provider partners.

You will create and lead persona-driven marketing and Omni-channel campaign journeys from awareness through advocacy. You will be responsible for developing SP-oriented messaging and content targeting sales, SP partners and the end-customers of SPs. You will lead new enterprise product and solutions introduction to the SP channel across the wide range of Cisco’s enterprise network products.

You will be responsible for working with your counterpart(s) in Enterprise Network Mobility Marketing, and Product Management along with stakeholders in Product Management, SP Field marketing and Global SP Segment Sales to:

  • Create and execute global, cross-functional digital marketing plans and Omni-channel campaigns

  • Develop and communicate solution messaging, positioning, and marketing content given an understanding of customer needs, market trends and the competitive landscape; ensure alignment with all relevant corporate messaging

  • Create foundational-marketing materials, including marketing-to, marketing-with, and field-facing content

  • Represent your stakeholder product teams in major corporate initiatives and campaigns, ensuring that all relevant products are appropriately included in overarching messaging, as well as all relevant outbound materials.

You'll be in the product marketing team and maintain a collaborative working relationship with business development, sales, product management, channel sales, field marketing and engineering.

Who You Are

  • You are a product marketing manager or technical marketing engineer with 7+ years of experience in the networking industry. You have a deep understanding of the network industry landscape and the business challenges and opportunities presented to SPs and their business customers in this time of digital transformation.

  • You will have a Bachelors in Engineering, Computer Science, Marketing, Communications, or related field.

  • You'll understand the Cisco enterprise networks portfolio including SDN, Software Defined Access, and SD WAN.

  • You have previous experience marketing to, as well as, liaising with managed service provider partners on joint GTM efforts.

  • You'll have strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • You're a skilled writer and communicator who can craft business-outcome oriented messages that inspire and engage.

  • You understand data-driven digital marketing and why it’s so important to today’s business.

  • You’ve helped execute modern marketing campaigns before, focusing on customizing messages to multiple channel and distribution personas.

  • You'll have initiative and self-discipline to prioritize and lead multiple projects to completion.
