What You'll Do

You'll be responsible for developing content and messaging for internal and external audiences for the EVP, Chief Sales & Marketing Officer. This role works in partnership with teams across the company to prepare executive briefings for customer and partner meetings, internal and external events, and videos. You will also help develop and implement a social media strategy for the EVP, Chief Sales & Marketing Officer, as well as manage speaker requests for the Executive.

You will execute against the strategic communications plan for the executive team. Key Priorities will be:

  • Develop content and manage the delivery of messaging for internal and external videos for the EVP, Chief Sales & Marketing Officer, working closely with key partners to collaborate on messaging and deliverables

  • Work in partnership with team leads and cross-functionally with global partner teams to integrate and align messaging into corporate communication activities and events

  • Prepare and/or organize briefing materials for customer and partner meetings, internal meetings and industry events, in close partnership with relevant account and event teams

  • Research and develop new creative communications channels for both internal and external messaging

  • Research recent and relevant statistics and data for use in content and messaging development

  • Assist in establishing and managing the social media program for the EVP, Chief Sales & Marketing Officer

  • Lead and evaluate all incoming speaking opportunities for the EVP, Chief Sales & Marketing Officer

  • Demonstrate consistent communications excellence while executing flawlessly

  • Ensure messaging alignment and consistency across the organization and company

Who You'll Work With

As part of the Sales and Marketing Executive Communications team, you will work closely with our Global Communications partners, the Executive Leadership team, our Sales teams, as well as other partners across the company. The Sales and Marketing Executive Communications team’s focused, adaptable and always looking for fun and creative ideas. We use data and storytelling to communicate our company vision and strategy to internal and external audiences.

Who You Are

  • You have experience in building positive relationships with a broad, deeply-integrated group of partners.

  • You have an understanding of the executive's business strategy, and can help drive and implement the strategic communications planning and execution to deliver on that strategy.

  • 4 – 6 years of related experience and a Bachelor's degree in communications, business administration, or related field

  • 3+ years internal/external communications in dynamic disciplines, such as organizational communications, executive communications, and public relations

  • You demonstrate an ability to work across multiple communications disciplines, as well as a strong knowledge of the business.

  • You have experience advising and working directly with senior executives, are a strong collaborator, a strong writer, and have the ability to partner globally across a mix of constituents and organizations.

  • You bring a curious and innovative approach that is digital-savvy and has experience in message creation, storytelling, PowerPoint and Excel.

  • You love working in a fast paced environment and are comfortable with owning projects from start to finish.
