Who You'll Work With and What are we building next?

It is an exciting time to work on new projects in SPTG. A very talented team that is developing the next generation of Service Provider Routing systems.

The team is currently seeking an FPGA design and validation engineer, with emphasis on high-speed design for networking equipment. You will be taking product requirement description and translating it to FPGA functional specification and RTL design. You will use UVM/VMM System Verilog design verification methodology to verify the FPGA designs. You will be using FPGA vendor compilation tools to generate programming files. You will be responsible for Constraining the design to meet Timing requirements and pinout as required by the board design.

Who You Are?

We are looking for strong, talented and energetic engineer, with 2+ years if Industry experience, who possesses following skills:

  1. Solid understanding and experience with OOP verification languages like OVM, VMM, and UVM. Past VMM experience preferred. UVM experience is plus.

  2. Must have experience building test-benches using OOP with constraint random testing

  3. BFM creation experience for popular computer network protocols is a must

  4. Experience with Synopsys VCS, DVE, VIPs etc.

  5. Scripting experience with Perl, Python is plus

  6. Should have experience with interface buses like PCIe, Ethernet, i2c, spi, mdio etc.

  7. Strong RTL development / FPGA design experience

  8. Strong debugging skills. Good lab hands-on skills, scope, analyzer

  9. Good cross-functional team skills
