What You'll Do

You'll help Cisco HR inspire today’s talent for tomorrow’s Cisco. We are developing HR strategies that accelerate capability in Cisco’s business and our employees by transforming Cisco’s talent, leadership, culture, and organization.

Who You'll Work With

The HR Representative will work closely with Operations leaders, managers, and employees in a critical role managing large-scale delivery of HR products and services for the Operations organization. You will also act as a consultant to business leaders on performance management, manager coaching, relocations and visas, compensation, data and analytics, Market Reference Ranges (MRR), and HR programs.

• Proven ability to work through change management activities

• Ability to manage multiple business priorities effectively

• Project management experience

• Data Analytics experience; telling a story and influencing using data

• Aid managers in managing their talent and driving talent forward in the organization

• Delivery of HR Products & Services: employee engagement, performance management and development, compensation

• Drive Operational Excellence throughout the HR ecosystem on behalf of the client and HR Partner

• Partners closely with the HR Partners and L&D Manager, driving alignment for the function

• Drive manager capabilities and efficiencies: Director and manager development

• Participate in workforce planning initiatives

Minimum Qualifications

• Require BS/BA and MS/MA Preferred

• 2+ years of HR experience or equivalent experience in roles of increasing complexity/scope

Desired Skills

• Experience working in a professional services organization

• Excel and budget management

• Passion for enabling client’s success and demonstrated operational excellence. Driven by results and ability to make a lasting impact

• Strong business acumen, demonstrated success in establishing business relationships as advisor, source of judgment and expertise

• Ability to influence by telling a story built on information and data. Courage to propose solutions others are reluctant to address, act in the face of resistance in the best interests of the business

• Ability to innovate and provide solutions at scale for the client, aligned to the business strategy.

• Effective pacing, prioritization and sequencing of work

• Organizational navigation and political savvy

• Ability to partner collaboratively across the HR function
