What You'll Do

Getting Client Experience right is our team's motto. We are looking to complement our dynamic, customer-centric and agile team with another member to refine the customer experience for our internal Infrastructure clients.

You will leverage customer insights, industry trends and multi-functional input to develop a strategy for the client infrastructure experience and drive client adoption. You are expected to set clear goals and success metrics for products and reports on those results throughout the product lifecycle. To strive for the optimal client experience, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve our products, services, and our overall brand.

You’ll be part of an international, high-performing and collaborative team who are passionate about client experience of the Cloud Infrastructure and Platform Services.

Who You Are

You have a proven track record of handling all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle and a solid background in client experience. It is essential to have excellent written and verbal communication skills as you will communicate to various levels of the organization.

At a minimum, requirements include:

  • BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent plus 5 years experience

  • 3 years’ proven Agile practice.

  • Proven track record with client experience

  • Strong analytical skills and willingness to get the job done while being skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • MS preferred
