What You'll Do

We are looking for a prolific and talented individual to join our Industries Marketing team, to support our transportation vertical. Are you looking to ‘make the market’ for digital business across the value chain? In this role, you will be driving digital marketing and creating vertical content to deliver on the digital journey for line-of-business decision-makers on a global level. You will be responsible for continuous market sensing and real-time response and opportunity creation. Collaborate and inspire our global industry cross-functional leadership with standard methodologies, training, content and sales/services enablement aimed to transform customers to new digital business models for increased agility, growth and profitability.

  • Shape Cisco industry-specific thought leadership targeting line-of-business executives and imperatives with agile industry-differentiated content creation.

  • Provide for a common digital platform within the Global Industries marketing practice and execute robust, high-profile, real-time digital marketing activities for the industry, ensuring alignment with key marketing priorities and activities.

  • Plan and execute internal and external sales enablement and content creation within transportation and distribute content across digital channels.

  • Measure and run digital execution effectiveness across countries, ensuring digital execution is timely, current and creative.

  • Develop new creative content for digital journey marketing programs for the transportation practice.

  • Create and handle overall marketing strategy plan for digital and content creation in alignment with related global and regional teams.

Who You Are

  • Bachelor's required in marketing or related field, Masters Degree or MBA preferred.

  • 5+ years of experience with content creation.

  • You have a high level of creativity, attention to detail and project management skills.

  • You love using digital marketing vehicles and innovation, can own the development and creation of content that tells a compelling story, and who can adjust content to multiple internal, external audiences and influencers, and measure effectiveness across the market.

  • Industry knowledge with respect to the transportation vertical, transportation marketing strategies, or willingness to learn.
