What You'll Do
You will ownand deliver partner audience and data management capabilitiesacross digital marketing platforms andtechnologies, helping usdeliver targeted, personalized and compelling experiences and journeys to partners.
You’lldevelop and document targeted and data-driven partner audience segments and personas to be used in both targeting and reporting on communications.
You will develop and manage business requirements for a clean, comprehensive and connected partner data platform, working closely with IT and digital marketing.
You’ll define digital personalization, customization, targeting, and multi-variate testing strategies and instrumentation on Cisco.com, Eloqua, and other parts of our marketing technology stack.
You will deliver omnichannel reporting requirements and manage the creation of reports and data visualizations using platforms such as Eloqua, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Domo and others.
You’ll play a key role on the core team leading technology expansion for GPM into new channels and setting the long-term omnichannel vision and roadmap
You will consult on and influence touchpoints between partner platforms, tools, and teams to accomplish audience, data, and omnichannel goals.

Who You Are
You have 5+ years of partner marketing experience.
You have a deep understanding of and familiarity with digital marketing technologies and data platforms
You have familiarity with making strategic roadmap decisions, understanding tradeoffs based on competing business priorities and/or objectives and articulating them to management
You possess excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
You can articulate complex, technical concepts into simple, business-friendly language
You are comfortable with ambiguity and ability to problem solve in a dynamic and fluid environment
You have expertise in all aspects of Agile development
You have experience working with, and across, both IT and business teams & stakeholders
You hold a Master’s degree or bachelor’s degree + equivalent experience in digital/omnichannel and/or product management
