What You’ll Do
Support definition and drive closure to multiple deliverables / milestone requests e.g. SaaS applications, SaaS tooling integration.
Grasp technical topics on SaaS applications and Operations and abstract key issues and risks in an actionable form to management
Identify and highlight technical risk areas and mitigation strategies in partnership with Cisco team members
Grasp complex technical topics and abstract key issues and risks in an actionable form to management
Design and maintain technical, engineering and project documentation.
Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.
Effectively communicate expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
Plan and schedule deliverables, goals, and milestones.
Who You Are
BS degree in Engineering/Business preferred
Minimum 3 years’ experience coordinating and supporting IT business processes.
Minimum 5 years of project management experience
Strong familiarity with project management software, such as MS Project, Propel, Power Point, or similar and proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
Can conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
