What You’ll Do
You will be customer obsessed. You will deliver compelling and differentiated global framework for omnichannel experiences that will exceed customer expectations, is flexible enough to serve the needs for different types of customers, and provide a global standard and seamless customer experience.
You will expand on an existing Global Omnichannel strategic frameworks/processes to optimize and scale. You will build repeatable and scalable processes and tools that will ensure a consistent Omnichannel delivery process. You will continuously innovate to deliver best-in-class and differentiated Omnichannel experiences designed to maintain Cisco’s leadership role in the B2B technology industry.
You will evangelize a Global Omnichannel vision and share standard methodologies with Global constituencies and Regional counterparts.
Who You’ll Work With
You will be part of a broader Global Digital Marketing team. You will partner with the digital experience team (cisco.com, UX, SEO), content teams, and others. Your role will be global and you will collaborate with Regional Omnichannel Marketing Managers who will provide input, influence and implement the model.
Who You Are
You have a deep understanding of Paid, Owned and Earned media channels role within an Omnichannel journey framework.
You have experience with and an understanding of a variety of Marketing Automation systems including: DMP, DSP, CMS, MAP, CRM, etc.
You possess a deep understanding of the B2B buyer’s journey across pre-sales, sales and post-sales journey phases.
You are an expert in message personalization
You have experience with delivering dynamic content across multiple online and offline communications channels
You have experience in analyzing a variety of data types including: anonymous (cookie and IP), revealed (registered) and account level (company designation) to deliver insights and value for Cisco.
You will be comfortable iterating on existing Omnichannel measurement approaches designed to demonstrate both customer value as well as a corresponding business value for Cisco.
You will work closely with agency/vendor partners to optimize resources and deliver against needed skillsets.
You will facilitate effective and consistent use of Omnichannel capabilities and technologies to enable greater adoption and reduce dependencies on limited resources.
You are an innovator who feels comfortable working in a matrix environment to drive innovation, excellence, return on investment business value and most importantly a strong desire to deliver differentiated and valued customer experiences.
You will have experience and an appreciation of the unique needs of working with regional counterparts who are responsible for delivering localized Omnichannel experiences across the globe
- +10 years of any combination of: Digital Marketing, Direct Marketing, Omnichannel Marketing, Database Marketing, Customer Research, Demand Generation/Nurture, Account Based Marketing and Customer Loyalty.
