Who You'll Work With Cisco's Talent Acquisition team is searching for a proven innovator that will provide leadership and management for a team of recruitment leads and their supporting teams. You will work with cross functional partners from HR and compensation to procurement and IT. You’ll also consult with business leaders and our partners throughout the HR eco-system.
Who You Are
You have experience designing organization for optimal service delivery.
You are innovative and proactive, able to provide coaching around both client and candidate management
You have driven enterprise wide change and brought to life strategic initiatives that reinforce the importance of hiring the best people.
You can manage recruiter workloads across the team, continuously balance team capacity and provide efficient high quality service at the same time.
You know how to collaborate, how to work with other leads and create cross team alignment, particularly in the company's strategic focus areas
You are a strong partner with internal stakeholders including compensation, legal, HR Business Partners and hiring executives.
You deliver exceptional client and candidate experience in alignment with pre-set KPI goals
Our minimum requirements for this role:
Proven experience managing a team of recruiters and demonstrable track record of leading a high level client engagement. Experience leading virtual teams a plus.
Seven plus years’ experience with full life-cycle recruiting.
Ability to Lead by example in consultative behaviors, relationship building, and communications across all of HR, and within the business at all levels including executives
Effective communications skills both verbal and written
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
