What You’ll Do

You will handle executed Contracts and Addendums from Operator Partners and will ensure GAAP compliance through invoicing and calculating revenue recognition.

Major responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • You will work with the monthly preparation of Jasper Operator Partner Reports and Invoices

  • You’ll assist in the management of Jasper Operator Partner, including Managed Service and ongoing training of Operators

  • You will process monthly invoices and back-up

  • Additional duties as required

Who You’ll Work With

You will primarily work with our Revenue Team and will also partner with our Engineers and Operator Partners.

The BTOF organization partners with leaders in Engineering and Operational Functions to build strong shareholder value through strategic long-range planning, new business development, forecasting and budgeting. Exciting changes are happening within the Cisco Finance organization as we shift to become even more passionate about our business partners and drive major groundbreaking initiatives in the way we operate. This role provides an opportunity to work very closely with the leaders responsible for these changes. It is an excellent opportunity to have firsthand knowledge of the priorities of the Finance organization.

Who You Are

You understand that attention to detail is paramount, have experience being methodical in thinking, have extraordinary organizational and interpersonal skills, along with being System Oriented. You are professional and outgoing and recognize that Finance is a service organization.

Our minimum requirements for this role, are:

  • You hold a Bachelors’ degree preferred, with 4+ years of experience in Revenue Accounting, or equivalent experience.

  • You have extensive computer systems experience including Excel, Word and Outlook.

  • You have exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • You are a dedicated team player who leads by example, holds yourself accountable for performance, takes ownership, and champions all aspects of our initiatives.

  • You bring flexibility and adaptability and should be able to switch gears in various high-stress situations and apply yourself to quickly learning new technologies and adopting new methodologies.

Desired Skills:

  • NetSuite or other financial system experience

  • Experience with Revenue Recognition entries.
