Execution of Worldwide partner org strategy, practice enablement, certification - guide partners through the certification process( CC),PSS), especializations.
Drives join planning with specified partners to increase frequency or buy
Educate and Build Competence to develop investment and satisfaction with assigned partner community
Drive loyalty with assigned partner community
Manage and enablement a set of "growth" partners
Where appropiate, engage the VBM, TBM in executing territory plan and raising awareness on the complete offering for Commercial and Small Business
The VPAM is responsible for supporting the development of a set of number of partners. The role requires the VPAM to foster relationships using the telephone and web 2.0 technologies to achieve revenue growth targets as well as encourage repeat purchasing of these partners, through four major role components:

Channel Program Experts
