What You’ll Do
Our Cisco Jabber & Webex Teams Product Management team is looking for a product manager who can help us reimagine and reinvent this integrated collaboration experience. You’ll be working alongside a team focusing on how to deliver first class communication experience, across calling, messaging and video to end users leveraging a Virtual Desktop. We want to make everyone more productive everyday regardless of where in the world their workplace is.

We’re an experienced group of product managers, engineers, and designers who are finding new ways to leverage data from communication, people interaction, and collaborative content creation to craft new collaboration experiences in ways that nobody but Cisco can. These new collaboration experiences will give a stronger voice to the remote worker, make distributed teams as efficient as co-located teams, and drive the new generation of everyday collaboration between teammates. You will also work across the market leaders who are providing Virtual Desktop Infrastructure and Thin Clients systems to our mutual customers.
Write detailed market and product requirement documents
Work closely with graphic teams, R&D and Sales organization to develop first in class collaboration software for Virtual Desktop environments
VDI Vendor engagement and management
Develop customer facing documentation
Conduct Market research to understand changing requirements
Translate customer requirements into actionable product features
Who You Are
o 5+ years experience as a product manager or program manager
o BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science, or Engineering
o Previous experience as an Analyst/Product Owner/Product Manager – an advantage
o Excellent communications and presentation skills
o Ability to develop business relationships
o An high level understanding of virtualization technologies (VMware/Citrix) – a benefit
o Experience with Agile and Scrum
