Who You'll Work With

The Regional Partner Sales Manager is heading the Austrian Partner organization. He/she provides professional leadership for the development and deployment of critical Go to market initiatives and processes for partner development and enablement, for Enterprise, Public and Commercial in Austria. He/she has proven experience in promoting operational excellence in organizations, proven success in developing comprehensive strategic business plans and solutions and feels comfortable managing a variety of situations and personalities. He/she develops teams in order to foster talent development and diversity. Experience working with Cisco Channel Programs is a prerequisite. This is a great chance to realize career advancement through a position that touches on all aspects of the channel business architecture. A close alignment with our sales operations is core for in bringing the partner portfolio into the market.

Key duties and accountabilities:

  • Responsibility for managing the overall Cisco portfolio at Computacenter while creating the right mix of today`s core-business and future transformation

  • Leading the team of Partner Account Managers assigned to Computacenter

  • Developing and executing on global and local Partner strategy with strong focus on growth and aligned to our Austrian Cisco strategy and priorities

  • Supporting team in cultivation, qualification and growth

  • Strong engagement with the country sales organization, leadership teams, EMEAR PO and GSP

  • Leading, coaching and mentoring other team members

  • Building CXO-level customer and global Cisco partners relations

  • increase both presence and loyalty of partner oorgansations in Austria

Who You Are

  • Leadership skills in a virtual teaming environment, considerable independency and self-motivation

  • Employment history with examples of successes in closing strategic sales of considerable value, requiring multi-parties involvement

  • Sales skills and technical knowledge in order to be able to present and lead customer and partner discussions at CXO level to advance the sales process

  • Knowledge of local markets and understanding of buying cycles

  • Excellent knowledge of partner' agenda and buying cycles

  • Previous experience of running both direct and virtual teams in a complex environment

  • Solid experience in leading virtual teams or people management at Cisco -either certified through relevant practical experience or through successful completion of an Assessment Center is a must
