What You'll Do As a Dater Center Sales Leader, you are expected to provide vision, direction, knowledge, resources, programs, tools and processes to the field supporting partners to position and sell solutions, driving incremental product and services bookings. Support and collaborate with key APJ and global management teams of WWPO and Sales teams. The role will drive increased sales bookings, field productivity, customer satisfaction, and relevance for Data Center product accounts by leading a high performing sales team of Regional Managers and leveraging capabilities across Cisco. This is a quota carrying role and will be responsible for quotas across ASEAN's entire Data Center business group. Support and successfully drive overall process and management of volume, run-rate business and more complex solutions with key partners. Specific Responsibilities include but are not limited to: * Lead a team to drive sales success of all Data Center business by achieving sales and customer satisfaction goals. * Tight alignment with the ASEAN Geo Sales teams, services and Partner organization teams in areas of partner planning, resource management and services engagement. * Develop & attract talent to a consistent and high level of competency, in sales and sales leadership * Create and drive the effective use of the programs, tools, processes and best practices into the team and field sales teams where applicable. * Manage and support territory strategy, structure, approval process in collaboration with sales field, customer service and sales operations teams. * Refine and develop roles and responsibilities of relevant sales and support jobs within and around commercial territories. * Support the ASEAN organizational strategies and participate in the Regional Partner Business Group leadership team to shape strategy and track execution * Move from Cisco-focused communications to partner and customer-focused communications. * Drive a focus on continual evolution of our partner led model to drive scale for the ASEAN business. You have the ability to develop complex territory plans and strategies and understanding of sales cycles with a unique ability to accelerate sales. Our minimum requirements for this role: * Proven experience influencing senior level partner executives * Strong presentation skills and ability to describe market transitions, and motivate and inspire people * Must possess demonstrated leadership responsibilities and experience * Proven ability to communicate effectively and professionally (verbal and written) with customers and interface with a variety of organizations. * Strong leadership skills with ability to develop and manage virtual sales teams * Strong time management, organizational, and negotiation skills * Demonstrate sound business decision making ability * Global/multi-national business experience * Awareness of Cisco Product and Service sales field organizations, processes, drivers * Program Management Experience * Knowledge Sales Finance support processes Why Cisco We connect everything: people, processes, data, and things.
