What You'll Do
You are responsible for the Integrated Theater and Country Plan document and implement the planning schedule for ASEAN, handling deadlines and securing sign-off with theater leaders and partners.
You deliver quarterly business updates for the ASEAN theater and support quarterly business review process.
You drive Market Insights capability for the theater and be a trusted source of external market and competitive insights for the leadership team.
You analyze Market Share performance & providing timely updates to Management team on market trends.
You provide macro-economic and Industry/Technology Trends as part of ongoing business update to the theater leadership team
Who You’ll Work With
The APJ Strategy Planning and Operations (SPO) team is responsible for business intelligence, growth identification, market and sales strategy, planning, field enablement and sales operations, with a scope of $3.5B in revenues. We drives initiatives from conception to execution, fostering alignment across theatres, segments and functions, seeking excellence and consistency in management practices with the ultimate goal of accelerating Cisco's growth in APJ.
Who You Are
You have 3-5 years of experience in a management consulting; executing in-depth business analysis and financial analysis.
Ability to think analytically, apply analytical techniques and to provide in-depth analysis for potential recommendations to internal customers
Strong presentation skills including constructing slide decks and synthesizing analysis
Experience in building business cases, performing SWOT analyses, determining research and analytics needs
Strong collaborator with the ability to work in a multi-cultural team environment
Proficient in both conversational and business/written English
Nice to Have
Experience in using platform tools such as Tableau is a plus
Deep understanding of sales coverage/GTM models and the broader ICT market landscape
Familiarity with the ASEAN business environment
