What You'll Do

As a Product Sales Specialist, you'll be responsible for directly impacting the overall sales team goal by serving as a trusted advisor and technical expert. This role covers a range of verticals, several of which are narrowly focused for strategic accounts. We're looking for a confident leader that is eager to help define strategic and competitive strategies and go to market plans in Switzerland, Austria and Italy.

As business leaders navigate an increasingly complex world of connections, they need IT to provide a platform that can dynamically respond to shifting needs. Who You'll Work With

You, as the Product Sales Specialist on the Policy Automation & Analytics team, will play a crucial role to the success of Cisco's strategy in the Application Centric Datacenter. You will be responsible for working on Cisco's newest and most groundbreaking entries into the Data Center market segment. You will play a critical role in enabling Cisco to bring new products to market in both core and adjacent markets. Your team will have fun working together and challenging each other on a daily basis!

Who You Are

A successful Product Sales Specialist with have experience in the following areas:

  • You are on the forefront of understanding and being able to communicate Cisco's strategy and vision in this marketplace.

  • You've built an in depth business expertise in the underlying and associated technologies and architectures such as Application Centric Infrastructure.

  • You will be able to demonstrate a hunting mentality to build and define a sales strategy for a given geographic market segment

  • You will execute on a business plan to gain market share, build solid relationships with customers and internal constituents.

  • You will engage with clients, partners and account teams which will require some travel
